Troy A. Lewein is the Vice President of Magnetic Resonance Imaging, overseeing MR market strategies and supporting business development in the U.S.
Prior to joining UIHS in 2023 as an MR Modality Manager, Troy spent 28 years in various diagnostic imaging roles, including 20 years in the MR industry with General Electric. While taking on challenging global roles of increased responsibility, he developed expertise with new product introductions, the management of global teams and regional & global marketing product launches.
He has a tremendous passion for MR imaging, including learning about and integrating cutting edge MR technology into new product introductions, adopting new and advanced software applications into clinical practice, and entering emerging and existing markets with disruptive MR technology that improves patient outcomes.
Troy holds a Master's in International Business and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Concordia University, is an active member of the International Society for MR Radiographers & Technologists (ISMRT) section of the ISMRM, and is R.T.(R)(MR)(ARRT) certified and registered.
In his spare time, Troy enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and two children, riding his motorcycle, skiing in the mountains, and being an active member of the Milwaukee Rugby Football Club (MRFC).
