All-in Configurations™
Scanners in all United Imaging modalities are sold fully-configured with all available software & functionality, including most hardware. If an option is available, it comes as a standard feature - right from the start - providing clinical flexibility and investment transparency. A referring physician or patient will never need to be informed that a system option is missing due to budgetary constraints. All systems come fully loaded, and can be deployed differently as needs change.
Software Upgrades for Life™

Manufacturers continue to innovate system platforms long after purchase and installation, and then charge extensive fees to upgrade later with new features - often long after budgets have been redeployed. United Imaging provides lifetime software and functionality upgrades at no additional charge, with installation and clinical applications included. This commitment is part of achieving the mission of Equal Healthcare for All™.

Vertical Integration
Supply chain issues have increased in recent years, often delaying manufacturing and delivery. United Imaging has been built from the ground up to withstand many of these challenges. Crucial components and innovations are developed in-house, providing a high degree of control over the innovation process and internal supply chain. Maximized control translates to minimized costs, increased speed & flexibility, and enables the delivery of programs like Software Upgrades for Life and All-in Configurations. In today's always-changing environment, United Imaging aims to be as steady, reliable, and swift as possible.
United Performance Guarantee

Service contracts generally ensure that systems are covered in periods of downtime, but don't usually compensate for uptime goals not being met. United Imaging helps customers meet their goals differently. The United Performance Guarantee pays back 100% of downtime, based on what was paid for the system & service. Funds are paid by check, credit towards the service agreement, or the next system purchase. In addition, any downtime over 24 hours is refunded (not just during the coverage period). Maximum uptime is as important to United Imaging as it is to customers, and this guarantee is one way of proving it.

Dedicated Customer Service Support
A Customer Success Engineer will be assigned to your facility and be responsible for no more than 12 systems in total (versus the traditional 30-40 systems per engineer). If an Engineer is not located within a few hours of your facility, one will be added no more than 90 minutes away, and often closer. Our investment in local people prioritizes fast, flexible, responsive service along with problem-solving and prevention. Because we focus on understanding your specific objectives, we're prepared to be proactive every time. And our Customer Service Engineers can be reached when you need them. Any way that you would like to communicate is supported (i.e. hotline, direct calling, texting, etc.).
Critical Parts - Same Day Availability
Forward stocking locations of critical (C1) parts are in your area, available same day to bring your system back to functional operation quickly. Regional stocking locations and our Houston service center provide backup with secondary and tertiary support. United Imaging has made a significant investment in this network to ensure that systems are always ready to perform when customers need them.
Standard Key Component Coverage
A unique All-In Service approach helps ensure operational cost predictability. United Imaging offers a complete full-service portfolio that includes coverage historically excluded in the industry. Unlimited CT tube coverage is included with all CT and PET/CT full-service agreements, with no usage exclusions — regardless of scan seconds, exams, rotations, scanned patients, or other factors.
Tiered Service Agreements
New imaging systems should work smoothly upon installation. But as systems age, they may need more support. United Imaging offers a tiered service agreement that eliminates the requirement to pay the same throughout a system's life span. The agreements are priced lower to start (when the system is new) and then gradually increase as needed. This increase is capped at 5 years, and at a level that other vendors generally charge starting on day one.
One Easy and Unified Software Platform
Every United Imaging system operates on the same intuitive, unified software platform. Why? Customers have repeatedly told us how important it is to for them to have one easy and intuitive user interface and software platform across all systems and modalities. The familiar interface reduces training & complexity, and helps manage staffing rotations and scaling. It makes it easier for Technologists and Radiologists to better care for patients – especially in these times of staffing shortages where cross-training is vital.
Personalized Clinical Applications Support
Training should be in your environment, without requiring your staff to travel. We do all training at the customer's facility and assign a single Clinical Applications Specialist for continuity, rather than a different person each time. This ensures that the education for your Technologists is organized and managed by the same person on that system over its lifetime for each of your training events (turnover, follow-ups, etc.). That person is fully empowered to take care of your staff's training needs and will be a single point of contact for ongoing education. Our systems are simple and straightforward; we believe we owe that to our customers in training too. 56 hours of follow-up training are provided within a year of installation for each CT, MI, and MR system quoted to help operations run smoothly.
Live Site Planning Sessions
Once the decision is made to purchase an imaging system, the next issue is how best to position it in your space. With facility personnel, Technologists, contractors, architects and the vendor involved, the back-and-forth discussions can take up valuable time and money. We have streamlined this process into one efficient video call, using Auto CAD and involving all the stakeholders in unison. It's collaboration, in real-time. Our customers love the efficiency and effectiveness of getting everyone involved and on the same page from the start, once and for all.
Streamlined Quotes
A very common problem in the medical imaging industry is lengthy product quotes, with multiple pages of text and part numbers. United Imaging keeps quotes as simple as you need them to be. We offer one-page budgetary quotes, and even our formal quotes are only three pages long. When you make every feature standard as we do with our All-in Configurations program, there is no reason for multiple pages of options. It simply shouldn't be that hard to purchase equipment.
Innovative Business Models
We understand now more than ever that flexibility is important. Tailoring our financial solutions and business models to make buying simpler and help you structure your purchase in a way that makes sense for your organization is paramount to us. We sit down with you and discuss your challenges to see how we can help. More often than not, what makes sense for our customers makes sense for us too. That's how the best business models are structured.
Modern System Architecture
United Imaging invests heavily in systems that are built for the modern world: as ready for tomorrow as they are for today. They're designed to be flexible and remain state-of-the-art over time, to help you expand to meet the needs of your community. Unlike other companies that are locked into decades of legacy design, our systems are built with the most modern architecture from the ground up, providing a solid foundation for our customers to scale.

Built to be different, and built for the modern world, we provide more cost-predictability, investment protection, and flexibility to expand. These unique benefits are not just our ideas – many of them come directly from customers. We simply delivered them.
