The uMI 550 makes digital PET/CT accessible to all. Built with uEXPLORER® PET technology inside, the uMI 550 enables academic level image quality in oncology, cardiology, and neurology scanning. Born with AI this system utilizes AI-empowered workflow and image reconstruction based on total-body data. This air-cooled system is designed to fit in your room with minimal infrastructure investment and is available for mobile units.
The large 24 cm axial digital PET field of view (FOV) provides exceptional image quality with 2.9 mm NEMA resolution that improves quantitative accuracy and small lesion detectability.

uAI® HYPER DPR
AI is only as good as the data you train it with. The CNN-based iterative reconstruction engine trained with uEXPLORER total-body PET data, uAI HYPER DPR uses a pre-trained neural network to predict low noise PET images and improve image contrast.

A fully configured, air-cooled digital PET/CT with a mobile-specific workflow maximizes patient throughput to enable the ability to scan at multiple locations in the same day.
The air-cooled uMI 550 digital PET/CT maintains a stable temperature environment for consistent detector performance with minimal infrastructure investment. The digital detector design with low-voltage power uses less energy than the traditional PMT-based design with high voltage power.
This fully configured 80-slice diagnostic CT produces high image quality with low radiation dose that can be used as a standalone or back-up CT for Radiology procedures.
The data-driven head motion correction algorithm detects motion from list-mode data during patient scans and corrects motion blurring, accordingly, limiting the need to repeat scans.
No radioactive sources are required for automatic daily QC, reducing radiation exposure to the operator. Periodic full QC supports both liquid 18F and solid 68Ge sources.
