United Imaging holds compliance as one of its key values, and strives to build and maintain a culture of compliance. As part of our continuing commitment in that area, we have developed a Corporate Compliance Program (“CPP”) designed to comply with applicable federal and state laws.  Our CPP is in line with industry standards for the marketing and promotion of our products, and we also expect all employees to act with integrity and adhere to our CPP.  To the best of our knowledge, as of the date of this notice, United Imaging Healthcare Co.
