Salesforce Operations Manager

United Imaging is in search of a Salesforce Operations Manager who will be equal parts system administrator, solutions architect, and analyst. We are looking for a team player who works closely with each business unit to support critical system integration and automation, provide business analytics, manage the variable compensation program, and organizational reporting.  The right candidate will take ownership of the Salesforce.com platform and will work with users to improve overall use and efficiency.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment of Customer Relationship Management and Quoting Tool (Salesforce CPQ) in North America
  • Partner with sales and marketing departments to implement the sales process (Miller Heiman), analyze campaign performance, and overall funnel management
  • Own and maintain the Variable Compensation Plan
  • Deliver actionable insights to management via forecasting, reporting, operational metrics, and analytics
  • Facilitate account, funnel, and pipeline assessments and planning
  • Proactively monitor sales and territory plans to ensure order goals are met.
  • Analyze performance, ensure data integrity, and assist the leadership team in developing account plans that will lead to AOP achievement
  • Lead sales improvement projects and eliminate bottlenecks and inconsistencies in-line with business priorities
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes and training materials. Assist with on-boarding and training employees on Salesforce

 

Qualification Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial operations ideally in a healthcare organization with proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes and managing CRM
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, MBA preferred
  • com administrator certificate required (coding experience preferred)
  • Experience building and managing sales compensation plans required
  • Expert with Excel and building performance analytics and databases
  • Ability to Identify business trends through data analysis
  • Experience with Definitive Health, ERP Systems, Marketo preferred
