Process Engineer Applications

UIH Technologies L.L.C. is the Houston-based manufacturing organization for Shanghai United Imaging Healthcare Co., Ltd. in the North America. We are building an organization of highly-motivated, team-oriented individuals to introduce a new portfolio of innovative imaging products to the USA market. We are a start-up organization that is building from the ground up with first employees coming on board in Q4 of 2018. United Imaging Healthcare develops and produces a full portfolio of advanced medical products covering the entire process of imaging diagnosis and treatment, and offers innovative medical IT solutions. The broad portfolio of innovative products has shown strong growth in China and other parts of Asia. It is our goal to build an organization of people committed to thinking creatively, and acting with the primary goal of delighting healthcare customers in the Americas region, while helping those customers to improve patient loyalty, quality of care and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible of setting up production process plan and continuously optimize it to achieve given operational KPIs: quality, cost and efficiency;
  2. Problem resolving in production and post-sales;
  3. Be responsible of production staff technique training and follow up the results;
  4. Allied with headquarter Process Engineering team to keep the products technical input up-to-date manage production process documentation updated as per quality system requires;
  5. Support Internal and External Audit or Inspection, such as FDA audit.

Qualification Requirements

  1. 3 year experience in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering, in large equipment industry is preferred;
  2. Medical equipment knowledge is a plus;
  3. New production project management experience is preferred;
  4. With the knowledge of PFMEA and ERP are preferred;
  5. Fast learner and team player;
  6. Good problem solving skill;
  7. Good communication skills with internal and external parties;
  8. Proactive and continuous improvement orientation;
  9. Ensure full compliance with the corporate rules and regulations (e.g. reimbursement process, leave applications, travel requests ...).
