Ken Field is the Vice President of Customer Success. In this role, Ken is responsible for understanding our customers’ service and support needs and ensuring that they receive the optimal level of support.
With extensive experience in medical imaging, Ken has held both individual contributor and leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, and Service, with responsibility from single regional geographic territories up to the global level. These various and diverse responsibilities created opportunities for Ken to live and work in multiple places around the U.S. and in Europe.
One thing that has remained constant throughout Ken’s career is his emphasis on the customer and their objectives. He has built and developed a number of high-performance teams designed to focus on the customer and help ensure their success. Before joining United Imaging, Ken enjoyed a 21-year career of progressing responsibility at Siemens Healthcare in Sales, Product Marketing, and most recently in Customer Service roles where he was accountable for financial, operational, and service strategy, managing large service teams for the medical diagnostic imaging and therapy business unit as well as the laboratory diagnostics business unit.
Ken earned a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the University of North Georgia and an MBA from Seton Hall. He spends his free time with family and friends, usually outdoors walking, hiking, traveling, and taking in the views everywhere he goes. An avid runner, he has also completed more than a dozen full marathons.
